ServiceTitan alternatives in 2026: who each one fits, with prices
ServiceTitan is a deep platform built for large residential and commercial contractors. It covers call booking, dispatch, payroll, advanced reporting and a contact center, and it sells through a sales process with quotes per technician. Smaller and mid-size shops often look for alternatives because they want to see a price before a sales call, they don't need every department ServiceTitan supports, or they want to be running next week instead of after a long rollout.
This guide covers nine alternatives, what each one charges and the kind of shop it suits. Every price was checked on the vendor's own pricing page in November 2026. Where a vendor does not publish prices, we say so instead of guessing. We make ServFlo, and it is on this list. We've tried to be fair to everyone, including where ServiceTitan or another tool is the better choice.
Key takeaways
- ServiceTitan does not publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing is per technician, with three packages (Starter, Essentials and The Works), each behind a "Request pricing" button.
- Jobber, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, Kickserv, GorillaDesk and ServFlo publish their prices. Workiz, FieldEdge and FieldPulse quote after a sales conversation.
- If you run a call center, need payroll inside your field software or have several departments with their own managers, ServiceTitan is still the stronger fit.
- For a 10- to 30-technician shop, how a tool counts people (per technician, per user, per route or office users only) matters more than the starting price.
- Plan the switch before you sign: export your data, ask what imports cleanly and expect customers to re-enter saved cards.
What does ServiceTitan cost?
ServiceTitan does not publish its prices. As of November 2026, its pricing page says "Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size," and each of its three packages has a "Request pricing" button. Add-on products such as Marketing Pro, Scheduling Pro and Contact Center Pro are sold alongside the packages.
The packages, as listed on that page:
- Starter: dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and pricebook.
- Essentials: adds mobile estimates and payroll management.
- The Works: adds configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships.

What will you give up if you leave ServiceTitan?
Mostly the parts built for big, departmental companies: a contact center product, payroll and commission tracking inside the field software, and advanced reporting across many business units. Most alternatives on this list cover dispatch, pricebook, estimates, invoicing and payments well, but few match ServiceTitan's call-center and payroll depth. If those are daily needs, keep that in mind before you switch.
Ask yourself honestly how many of those tools your team uses today. Many smaller shops pay for a platform sized for a 100-truck company while using the dispatch board, the pricebook and invoicing. Those shops have the most to gain from a simpler tool with a published price.
The alternatives in detail
ServFlo
Price: Core $49/month, Connect $129, Grow $249, Pro $449, as of November 2026. How it counts people: technicians are unlimited and free on every plan. Plans include 1, 2, 3 or 5 office users, then $35/month per extra office user.
ServFlo has the parts ServiceTitan shops lean on most: a drag-and-drop dispatch board, a pricebook, good/better/best quotes, memberships with autopay (Grow and up), job costing and inventory (Pro), and the offline ServFlo Tech app. It is AI-first: Flo, the built-in assistant, answers questions about your business and makes changes you approve, and on Pro you can run ServFlo from your own ChatGPT or Claude. Example: 10 technicians and 3 office staff cost $164/month on Connect (with one extra office user) or $249/month on Grow.
Where ServiceTitan is stronger: ServFlo has no call center product and no built-in payroll. See ServFlo vs ServiceTitan.
Jobber
Price: Core $49/month (1 user), Connect from $139/month, Grow from $199/month and Plus from $499/month (5 users), paying monthly with no commitment. Higher user counts cost more on each plan, and the page lists extra users at $29/month each. Source: Jobber pricing.
Jobber is easy to learn and popular with solo operators and small crews in lawn care, cleaning and handyman work. Every person who logs in counts as a user, so a large field team adds up. It is a lighter tool than ServiceTitan and suits shops that want simple scheduling, quotes and invoicing. See ServFlo vs Jobber.
Housecall Pro
Price: Basic $79/month (1 user), Essentials $189/month (5 users), Max $329/month (8 users, $35/month per additional user), billed monthly. Annual billing costs less, and the trial is 14 days of Max with no card. Add-ons such as CSR AI, Payroll, Voice, Campaigns and Websites are not priced on the page. Source: Housecall Pro pricing.
A widely used all-rounder with a long list of add-ons, including its own payroll add-on. A fit if you want a well-known tool and are happy to buy features as you need them. See ServFlo vs Housecall Pro.
FieldEdge
Price: not published; quote from sales. Its pricing page lists Select, Premier and Elite, with 2, 4 or 6 mobile app licenses included, and says pricing can vary by team size and add-ons. FieldEdge does not offer a free trial. Source: FieldEdge pricing.
FieldEdge focuses on HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors, with flat-rate pricing, service agreements and QuickBooks Online and Desktop. It is the closest in spirit to ServiceTitan for a mid-size shop in those trades, especially one that runs QuickBooks Desktop. See ServFlo vs FieldEdge.
Service Fusion
Price: Starter $245/month, Plus $382/month, Pro $627/month on monthly billing; $208, $325 and $533 a month billed annually. Every plan includes unlimited users and plans are month-to-month. Source: Service Fusion pricing.
A good fit for a shop with a large office staff, because nobody is counted. Job costing and inventory start on Plus. See ServFlo vs Service Fusion.
Workiz
Price: not published; quote from sales. Its pricing page lists Standard (growing teams), Pro (mid-size teams) and Ultimate (multi-location teams and franchises), each with "Request pricing," and offers a 7-day free trial with no card. Source: Workiz pricing.
Workiz has a phone and communication suite and AI call answering, and highlights trades such as locksmith, garage door and appliance repair. A fit for phone-heavy businesses and franchises. See ServFlo vs Workiz.
FieldPulse
Price: not published; quote from sales. Its pricing page says "FieldPulse is seat-based and pricing is built around what your team needs." Source: FieldPulse pricing.
FieldPulse includes Maverick, its AI assistant, on every plan, plus maintenance agreements, job costing and an offline app. A fit for growing trade businesses that prefer a sales-led setup. See ServFlo vs FieldPulse.
Kickserv
Price: Start $60/month (5 users), Run $119/month (10 users), Scale $199/month (20 users), with 20% off for annual billing. Source: Kickserv pricing.
A simple, low-cost tool. A fit for a small team that wants a low published price; its pricing page doesn't list online booking, memberships or a website. It is a big step down in depth from ServiceTitan. See ServFlo vs Kickserv.
GorillaDesk
Price: Basic $49/month for the first route, Pro $99/month, Growth $149/month, with each added route priced per plan ($30 to $100). Users are unlimited. Source: GorillaDesk pricing.
Built for route-based recurring work like pest control, lawn and pools, with chemical tracking. A fit if your work runs on routes rather than dispatched service calls. See ServFlo vs GorillaDesk.
Is there a ServiceTitan alternative with published prices?
Yes. Jobber, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, Kickserv, GorillaDesk and ServFlo all publish their prices, as of November 2026. Among those, Service Fusion and ServFlo don't charge per technician: Service Fusion includes unlimited users from $245 a month, and ServFlo includes unlimited technicians from $49 a month and counts only office users.
Published prices let you work out your real cost before a demo. They also let you compare apples to apples, which is hard when every vendor sends a different custom quote.
How do you choose a ServiceTitan alternative for a mid-size shop?
Start with the people count, then the features your best customers depend on, then a real trial. A mid-size shop usually has 10 to 30 technicians, a few dispatchers and CSRs, and a membership program, so those three things should drive the decision.
- Price your real team. Count technicians and office staff now and in two years. Work out each tool's price for that team, including extra users and the add-ons you'd buy.
- Check membership tools. If maintenance agreements are a big share of your revenue, look at how each tool handles included visits, renewals and autopay.
- Check the pricebook. Ask how flat-rate items, good/better/best options and price updates work.
- List what you'd do elsewhere. If you'd move payroll to a payroll service and calls to a phone system, the field software can be simpler.
- Test the tech app offline. Run a few real jobs in a trial, with the phone in airplane mode for part of the day.
Switching from ServiceTitan
Export your customers, locations, pricebook, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments and memberships as Excel files before you cancel. Most tools import customers and open work from spreadsheets; ask exactly which records come across and how balances are handled. Saved cards can't usually move between payment processors, so plan to send customers a link to add theirs again.
ServFlo imports ServiceTitan exports, along with Jobber and Housecall Pro exports and other spreadsheets: you upload the files, check how the columns are mapped and preview before anything is saved. The help article Import from another tool walks through it. Pick a quiet week, run both systems for a few days and move your phone and booking links last.
You can see every comparison side by side on our alternatives page.
The right ServiceTitan alternative depends on which parts of ServiceTitan you actually use. If you're an owner-led shop that wants a dispatch board, pricebook, memberships and an AI assistant at a price you can see, ServFlo's free 14-day trial is an easy way to try it on your own jobs.
