Do I need online payments to sell memberships?
No. Without online payments, each billing period still gets its invoice, and the join page sends you a request so you can sign the customer up yourself. With online payments, customers save a card and autopay handles the rest.
How do included visits get scheduled?
Each included visit becomes an unscheduled job in Needs scheduling 30 days before its month starts (you can change the lead time). Book it like any other job, and the membership tracks which visits are done.
What happens if a member's card is declined?
The payment is marked failed with the reason, and the invoice stays open so you can follow up. It's never charged twice for the same period.
If I change a plan's price, do current members pay more?
No. Members keep the price, visits and discounts they signed up with, through renewals too. Changes to a plan apply to new signups only.
Do member discounts apply on their own?
Yes. Quotes and invoices for members get their discount lines automatically, and you can remove or re-apply them on any document.
