Which accounting software do you connect to?
QuickBooks Online or Xero, one at a time. Connect it in settings, choose which accounts, tax rates and (for QuickBooks) item to use, and ServFlo sends customers, invoices, payments and refunds as they happen. If your Xero login has several organisations, you pick the one to use.
Does QuickBooks or Xero sync both ways?
Not today. It's one way, from ServFlo to your accounting software, so ServFlo stays the place you do the work and your books get the results. Records already sent are updated, never duplicated.
Can my techs see the reports?
No. Technicians don't get reports. Costs, margins and pay are only visible to the people you allow, like owners and admins.
How do I get hours to payroll?
Payroll picks your pay period and shows each person's regular, overtime and double-time hours, commissions, tips and reimbursements. Close the period to lock its timesheets, then download the file for Gusto, ADP, Paychex Flex or QuickBooks, or a plain CSV.
