Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. ServFlo Tech is a native app for both. Get it from the App Store or Google Play. Techs sign in with their ServFlo account, and each account can be signed in on a phone and a computer at the same time.
What happens when there's no signal?
Today's and tomorrow's jobs are stored on the phone, encrypted. Everything the tech does is saved right away and sent in order when signal returns, with the real times it happened, and never twice. If the office changed the job in the meantime, the office's version wins.
Can techs change prices or give discounts?
No. Techs quote at your pricebook prices only. Discounts, refunds, invoice changes and scheduling stay with the office, and you can turn tech quoting or collecting off in settings.
Do technicians count as users on my plan?
No. Technicians are unlimited on every plan. Plans only count office users, like owners, admins and dispatchers.
Is the time clock included on every plan?
The shift clock and timesheets are part of time tracking, which isn't in every plan. The pricing page shows which plans include it.
