Pay for the tools you use, not the people in the truck

Owners, admins, dispatchers and office staff. Technicians never count, so you can add your whole field team on any plan. Each plan includes 1 on Core, 2 on Connect, 3 on Grow, 5 on Pro, and you can add more on any plan for $35 per extra office user a month ($350 a year on yearly plans). Each person can be signed in on two devices at once, like a computer and a phone.

You get 14 days of Grow to try every feature. No card needed to explore; add a card to start texting and calling. Texting, calling, phone numbers and anything else with a usage cost wait for a card on file, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. The trial includes the phone system and AI receptionist with 1 number, 100 call minutes and 30 AI receptionist minutes. Pick a plan any time. If the trial ends without one, your account moves to Core and keeps all your data.

AI features pause until your allowance resets next month, or you can buy a credit pack. Packs last a year. There are never surprise charges for AI.

Extra texts are 2.5¢ per message segment and show up on your next bill. A runaway campaign stops at ten times your allowance, so a mistake can't run up a huge bill.

Service reports (inspection, service and test reports with photos and a branded PDF) are included on Grow and Pro. On Core and Connect they're an add-on at $39 a month or $390 a year.

The phone system (business numbers, ring groups, call recording and calls linked to customers) is an add-on for any plan: $49 a month or $490 a year, with your first local number included. The AI receptionist, which answers calls by voice and books jobs, is a second add-on at $99 a month or $990 a year and needs the phone system. Calls and other usage are billed at cost + 20%. Your free trial includes both so you can try them first.

Once a month, in arrears, on top of your plan: each bill adds last month's phone usage at our carrier's cost (Twilio) plus 20%, and you can watch this month's usage in Settings. In the US that's $1.38 a month for each local number after the first, which the phone system includes; $0.0102 a minute for inbound calls and $0.0168 a minute for outbound calls; $0.003 a minute for call recording; $0.06 a minute for transcription; and $0.024 a minute for the AI receptionist's speech recognition and voice (the call's own minutes are billed as call minutes). The AI receptionist's AI use draws on your plan's AI credits, like Flo. For example, the phone system with its one number and 600 call minutes (400 inbound, 200 outbound) comes to $49 + $4.08 + $3.36 = $56.44 for the month. Add the AI receptionist and 150 AI minutes and it's $49 + $99 + $7.44 + $3.60 = $159.04. The 14-day free trial includes the phone system and the AI receptionist with 1 number, 100 call minutes and 30 AI receptionist minutes. Past those, calls and the AI receptionist pause until you pick a plan.

Customer payments run through Stripe. Cards are 3.2% + 30¢ and ACH bank payments are 1% (capped at $10), which covers Stripe's own fee. There's no extra monthly fee for payments.

Yes, any time from Settings. Upgrades start right away. If you downgrade, nothing is deleted: you keep seeing everything you made, and features outside your plan wait for you.
