Who processes the payments?
Stripe. You set up your account through Stripe's own sign-up pages, where they verify your business and bank account. Customers pay on Stripe's secure pages, so card details never pass through ServFlo.
Are there processing fees?
Yes. Card and bank payments each carry a processing fee, and Settings → Payments shows the rates before you take a payment. Bank payments cost less than cards, and customers choose which way to pay.
Can customers pay when my tech has no signal?
Yes. The tech app shows a pay-later QR code for the job even offline. The customer scans it and pays once the invoice is ready, and the pay link is texted or emailed when the tech's phone reconnects.
Can customers tip or pay part of an invoice?
If you turn them on. Tips offer 10, 15 or 20 percent or an amount the customer types, and partial payments let them pay some now and the rest later.
How long do bank payments take?
Bank payments take a few business days to clear. Until then the payment shows as processing, and the invoice updates once the money arrives.
