Connect Claude, Cursor or another AI assistant to ServFlo's MCP server with an API key. It can do what the key allows, and nothing more.
- Every ServFlo action is available as a tool, with the same permissions as the app
- Keys are read only, read and write, or full access, and can be limited to chosen permissions
- Tools that move money, delete or message customers are flagged so your assistant asks first
- Every change is in the activity log, under the key that made it
- Revoke a key and it stops working on its next call

Can Flo change things without me?
No. It looks things up straight away, but every change, from adding a customer to rescheduling a visit, shows as a card you approve or decline. Approved changes appear in the activity log as made by Flo.
What can it see?
Only what you can see. It works through ServFlo with your role's permissions, so someone without access to costs or refunds can't reach them through Flot either.
What are AI credits?
Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of AI credits, used by Flo, review reply drafts, website writing and the AI receptionist. You can buy credit packs for more. If you run out, Flo tells you, drafts use a template instead, and calls ring your team or go to voicemail as they did before.
Which AI does it use?
Claude, made by Anthropic. ServFlo sends it what it needs to answer your question, such as your business name, your role and the page you're on, and it reads your records through ServFlo itself.
Can I use ServFlo from Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes, on the top plan. Make an API key in Settings, then add ServFlo's MCP server to Claude, Cursor or any assistant that supports MCP. The key decides what the assistant may do, and the activity log shows everything it did.
Can my team see my chats?
No. Conversations are saved per person. Other people in your business can't open them, and you can delete a chat any time.
