What is inspection report software?
Inspection report software turns what you find on site into a finished report your client can read. Can I hold an inspection report until the client pays?
Yes. Set a release rule: right away, when paid, when the agreement is signed, or when paid and signed. The client still gets the link, and the page tells them what's needed, with a button to pay online. Once the job is paid, the report opens by itself.
Can I write reports on my phone without signal?
Yes. Reports on your jobs and their comment libraries are saved on the phone in the ServFlo app. Work in a basement or crawlspace and your changes sync when you're back online. AI help needs signal.
Can I share a report with a real estate agent?
Yes. Give a buyer's agent, listing agent or anyone else their own link. Your release rule decides whether agents see the full report, only the summary, or nothing, and you can see who opened each link.
Is this the same as ServFlo's business reports?
No. Service reports are documents you write for a client about their property. ServFlo's business reports are charts about your revenue, jobs and team; see Reports & integrations.
Does AI write the report for me?
No, it helps. The inspection assistant turns what you say, type or photograph into proposals for the right items, and nothing changes until you accept one. Wording your team accepted from AI is marked AI-assisted on the client's report. AI help uses AI credits.
How much do service reports cost?
They're included on the Grow and Pro plans. On Core and Connect, add them for $39 a month or $390 a year. The 14-day free trial includes them.
