The short answer
What is a good alternative to Jobber, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
ServFlo is field service software with Flo, an AI assistant, built in and unlimited technicians on every plan: you pay for office users and features, never per technician. Plans run from $49 (Core) to $449 a month (Pro), with a 14-day free trial. Choosing between them
Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.
How do field service tools charge?
Some charge per user (every office person and technician who logs in), some per technician, some per route, and some a flat price with unlimited users. ServFlo counts only office users: technicians are free on every plan. Each comparison works out the monthly cost for an example team from the competitor's published prices.
Where do the competitor facts come from?
From each competitor's own public pricing and feature pages, listed under Sources on every comparison with the month they were checked. When a price is not published, the page says so instead of guessing.
Can I move my data to ServFlo?
Yes. Export your customers, jobs, invoices and price book from your current tool as spreadsheets and upload them in Settings → Import. ServFlo maps the columns, shows a preview before anything is saved, and lets you undo an import for 7 days.
