Businesses the directory imported from state licensing boards or OpenStreetMap can claim their listing for free and edit it, without booking. Homeowners search by trade and ZIP code or city at app.servflo.ai/find.

Is a contractor directory listing free?
Claiming and editing a listing is free, on any plan or none. Being listed first with the ServFlo member badge, and taking bookings and requests from your profile, come with a paid ServFlo plan.
Why are some businesses listed first?
ServFlo members are shown first because they pay for ServFlo, so it's paid placement. The directory says so beside every ranked list and in its terms. Within each group, listings are ranked by relevance, distance and reviews.
Do you sell my leads to other contractors?
No. A request or booking goes only to the business the homeowner picked. There are no shared leads and no pay-per-lead.
Where do the star ratings come from?
Only from customers who paid an invoice through ServFlo and answered How did we do? Profiles show the average, the count and the spread; written comments aren't shown. Unclaimed listings show no rating.
How do I claim my business on Find a pro?
Open your listing, click Claim this business, and sign in or create an account. Prove it's yours with a code sent by text to the listed phone or by email to an address at your website's domain, or send your license number and a document for ServFlo to review.
Can I remove my business from the directory?
Yes. Members can switch off Show my business in the directory in Settings. Any business can use the Remove or correct this listing link on its profile, and a removed business isn't added back by later imports.
