How do I connect ServFlo to Claude?
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and click Add custom connector. Name it ServFlo, paste your connection link from ServFlo's Settings → Integrations, and click Add. Click Connect, sign in with your ServFlo account, approve access and pick your business. Then turn on ServFlo from the tools menu in a chat.
How do I connect ServFlo to ChatGPT?
In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode. Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create, name it ServFlo, paste your connection link as the MCP server URL, choose OAuth and click Create. Sign in with ServFlo and pick your business. In a chat, click +, then Developer mode, and choose ServFlo.
Which ChatGPT and Claude plans work with ServFlo?
A paid plan in the AI app. Claude: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise; on Team and Enterprise, an owner of your Claude account may need to add ServFlo first. ChatGPT: Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu; on Business and Enterprise, an admin may need to allow Developer mode.
Can ChatGPT or Claude change things or message customers without asking?
Not the risky things. A refund, a delete or a message to customers waits for your OK: some apps ask you in the chat, and for the most important actions ServFlo asks you itself on its AI assistant approvals page. Everything the AI app does is in the activity log under the app's name.
What can the AI app see in ServFlo?
Only what your role can see in the one business you picked, limited further by the access you gave it when you connected. It works through ServFlo's own API, so the same permissions and the same activity log apply.
