Is there a commercial property inspection report template?
Yes. The commercial property inspection starter covers property and scope, site, structure, roof, building envelope, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, life safety and fire protection, and interiors. Its cover reads "Property condition report", and you can rename, add or remove anything.
Does the template follow the InterNACHI commercial standards?
It is written with reference to the InterNACHI Commercial Standards of Practice (ComSOP), in our own wording, and includes a scope, standards and limitations section you can edit to match the depth agreed with your client.
Can I hold the report until the client pays and signs?
Yes. Commercial and home inspections wait for payment and a signed agreement by default. You can change the rule to release right away, after payment, after signing, or both, with an optional manual review.
