Why teams switch

Why choose ServFlo over Workiz

Prices you can see

ServFlo costs $49–$449 a month, on the page. Workiz asks you to request pricing for each plan.

Technicians are free

ServFlo never counts technicians. Plans differ by features and office users, so a bigger crew does not change the bill.

An AI assistant that does the work

Ask Flo to reschedule a visit, draft a quote or chase an invoice; it shows every change for you to approve. On Pro, your own ChatGPT or Claude can run ServFlo too.

Website and memberships on Grow

Grow includes an AI-drafted website on your own domain, memberships with autopay, campaigns and Google reviews, for $249 a month.

When Workiz may be the better fit

Workiz is a good fit if you want a phone system included in the base plan, AI call answering in English, Spanish and French, or tools for franchises and multi-location teams on its Ultimate plan.

Pricing

Workiz does not publish prices: each plan has a Request pricing button. Its FAQ says annual plans save $400+ and that the free trial is 7 days with no credit card.

Switching

Moving from Workiz

  1. 1

    Import your Workiz data

Export your customers, jobs and invoices from Workiz as spreadsheets (CSV or Excel), then upload the files to ServFlo. Choose "Other spreadsheet", and ServFlo recognizes what each file holds, AI maps the columns, and you check a preview before anything is imported. Undo is there for 7 days, and a re-run on switch-over day updates records instead of duplicating them.

  2. 2

    Import your pricebook

Bring your services and materials in from a spreadsheet. The CSV import checks every row first and shows what it will change before anything is saved.

  3. 3

Set up your schedule and team

Add your technicians (free on every plan), set your booking arrival windows and enter the upcoming jobs and recurring visits on the dispatch board.

  4. 4

    Go live

Your technicians install the ServFlo app on iPhone or Android, your customers start getting reminders and pay links from ServFlo, and you cancel the old subscription when you are ready.
