ServFlo sends your emails itself through ServFlo email, from your business name, so you don't need a separate email tool. You design emails with drag-and-drop blocks, send campaigns only to customers who agreed to marketing, and let automations send reminders and follow-ups. Campaigns are on Grow ($249 a month) and Pro; branded email designs and ServFlo email are on every plan.

Do I need Mailchimp or another email tool?
No. ServFlo email sends your invoices, reminders and campaigns from your business name, and replies come back to your Inbox. If you'd rather use your own provider, connect Resend, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun or Amazon SES.
How many emails can I send each month?
Each plan includes ServFlo emails every month: Core 1,000, Connect 5,000, Grow 20,000, Pro 50,000. Past the allowance, emails are billed per email. Emails sent through your own provider don't count.
Can emails come from my own domain?
Yes. Add your domain in Settings → Messaging → Email, copy the DNS records ServFlo shows into your domain host, and once it's verified your emails come from an address at your domain. Until then they go from ServFlo's shared address with your business name.
Who receives a marketing campaign?
Only customers who agreed to marketing and haven't unsubscribed or replied STOP. ServFlo checks every person again just before sending, skips archived and do-not-service customers, and never sends during your quiet hours.
Can AI write my marketing emails?
Yes. AI can draft a campaign's email and text, and Design with AI drafts an email layout from your own images, links and details. You check every draft before it goes out, and drafting uses AI credits.
What happens when emails bounce?
Addresses that bounce or mark you as spam are blocked automatically. If too many recent emails bounce or are marked as spam, ServFlo pauses sending and tells owners and admins, so you can clean up the list and resume.
