How does ServFlo bill extra days and tonnage?

Each size includes a number of days and tons. Days run from the drop-off to the pickup, and weight is the total of the rental's dump tickets. Close and bill puts every extra day and ton on the final invoice at the size's extra prices. Example: a 20 yard at $425 for 7 days and 3 tons, out 10 days with 4.2 tons, adds 3 days at $12 and 1.2 tons at $65.

Can customers order a dumpster online?

Yes, from your booking page when online booking is on. They pick the drop-off and pickup days and see the sizes that are free. The AI receptionist and your website chat can take orders too, and a customer can never book a size that isn't free.

Do drivers need signal to finish a stop?

No. The ServFlo app works without signal. Everything is sent when the phone is back online and counts on the day it happened.

Can I see where every dumpster is?

Yes. The Dumpsters page shows each dumpster on a map at its job site or yard, how many of each size are available, out or coming back, and which have been out longest.

What happens if the driver can't drop the dumpster?

Mark the stop as a dry run. Nothing moves, the trip fee is added to the rental, and the stop goes back to the office to schedule again.

Which plans include dumpster rentals?

Dumpster rentals are on the Grow and Pro plans. Drivers and technicians are unlimited on every plan, and the 14-day free trial includes dumpster rentals.
