Switching
Moving from FieldEdge
- 1
Import your FieldEdge data
Export your customers, jobs and invoices from FieldEdge as spreadsheets (CSV or Excel), then upload the files to ServFlo. Choose "Other spreadsheet", and ServFlo recognizes what each file holds, AI maps the columns, and you check a preview before anything is imported. Undo is there for 7 days, and a re-run on switch-over day updates records instead of duplicating them.
- 2
Import your pricebook
Bring your services and materials in from a spreadsheet. The CSV import checks every row first and shows what it will change before anything is saved.
- 3
Set up your schedule and team
Add your technicians (free on every plan), set your booking arrival windows and enter the upcoming jobs and recurring visits on the dispatch board.
- 4
Go live
Your technicians install the ServFlo app on iPhone or Android, your customers start getting reminders and pay links from ServFlo, and you cancel the old subscription when you are ready.
