ServFlo vs Docket

A Docket alternative with dumpster rentals and published prices

Docket shares its prices on a demo. ServFlo's dumpster rentals are on Grow and up, from $249 a month, with unlimited drivers.

The short version

Docket is software made only for roll-off dumpster and junk hauling companies, with GPS dumpster monitoring, QR check-in, broker leads, a Dumpsters.com connection and route creation. ServFlo runs a dumpster fleet as part of a full field service app: sizes with included days and tons, swaps and pickups on the dispatch board, dump tickets in the driver app and automatic overage billing, at a published price, alongside any other services you sell.

The short answer

Is there dumpster rental software with published pricing?

Yes. ServFlo's dumpster rentals are on Grow and up, from $249 a month with 3 office users and unlimited drivers. It tracks the fleet, books drop-offs, swaps and pickups, takes dump tickets in the driver app and bills extra days and tons. Docket does not publish its prices; it shows them on a demo.

Why teams switch

Why choose ServFlo over Docket

A price you can see today

Dumpster rentals are on Grow and up, from $249 a month, with drivers unlimited and a 14-day trial. Docket shows prices on a demo.

Dump tickets drive the bill

Each size includes days and tons. The driver enters the scale ticket at the dump, and the extra days, extra tons, swap fees and items like mattresses land on one final invoice.

Orders from your site, chat and phone

Customers order on your booking page and only see sizes that are free. The website chat and the AI receptionist add-on can check availability and book the same way.

More than dumpsters

Junk removal, demolition or hauling jobs run on the same dispatch board, with quotes, memberships and a crew app, so you are not paying for a second system.

When Docket may be the better fit

Docket is the better fit for a roll-off company that wants software made only for dumpsters: GPS dumpster monitoring, QR code check-in, truck GPS through Samsara or Verizon Connect, route creation with IronRoute AI, broker leads and a Dumpsters.com connection. ServFlo has no route optimization, truck scale or GPS hardware connections.

Switching

Moving from Docket

  1. 1

    Import your Docket data

Export your customers, contacts, job sites and open invoices from Docket as CSV or Excel, then export and upload your files to ServFlo under Other spreadsheet. It recognizes the columns it knows, AI maps the rest, and you see a preview before anything is saved. ServFlo has no ready-made Docket format, so check the mapping. Undo is there for 7 days.

  2. 2

    Load your sizes and prices

Click Load the starter setup for 10 to 40 yard sizes, then set each size's price, days and tons included, and extra day and ton prices. Add your yards and dump sites.

  3. 3

    Add your dumpsters

Add each dumpster with the number painted on it and its size, and enter the rentals that are out now so the map and the out-longest list are right.

  4. 4

    Go live

Your drivers install the ServFlo app on iPhone or Android, turn on online ordering and reminders, and cancel the old subscription when you are ready.

ServFlo vs Docket questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.

How much does Docket dumpster software cost?

Docket does not publish its subscription prices; its pricing page says to schedule a demo (checked November 2026). It lists three plans, Grow, Pro and Pro Plus, and publishes card fees of 3.0% + 30¢ on Grow and 2.8% + 30¢ on Pro and Pro Plus.

How does ServFlo bill extra days and overweight dumpsters?

Each size has a price that covers a number of days and tons, then a price per extra day and ton. Days run from drop-off to pickup, weight is the total of the rental's dump tickets, and Close and bill puts the extras, swap fees and other charges on one invoice.

Does ServFlo have GPS tracking for dumpsters?

No. ServFlo places each dumpster on the map by its last stop: the driver picks the dumpster's number at drop-off, swap or pickup. Docket lists a GPS dumpster monitoring system and QR code check-in.

Can customers order a dumpster online with ServFlo?

Yes. On your booking page they pick dates, see only the sizes that are free with their prices, and order. The website chat and the AI receptionist add-on can book too; the chat never gives prices.

Does ServFlo do route optimization for dumpster drivers?

Not yet. Stops are visits on the dispatch board, ordered like any other visit. Docket's Pro Plus plan includes IronRoute AI for route creation.
