Find an older job
Go back to any day on the Team tab, and find past jobs by customer, job number or address in ServFlo Tech.
The phone isn't only for today and tomorrow. Owners and the office can step back (or ahead) to any day on the Team tab, and everyone can look up an older job with Find a job. Both need signal.
Go to another day on Team
On the Team tab, Today and Tomorrow are still one tap away. Under them:
- Tap ‹ to go back a day, or › to go forward a day.
- Tap the date in the middle to open your phone's calendar and jump to any day, past or future. Next to today, the app says Yesterday, Today or Tomorrow under the date.
The day shows every technician's visits with their status, the same way today does. Team map shows the day you picked. Tap a visit to see the job.
Find a job
Open Find a job from:
- the Team tab (owners and the office),
- Past jobs at the top of Schedule (technicians),
- More, for everyone.
It opens with the latest jobs first, starting with today's and going back. Tap Show older jobs at the bottom to keep going. Type at least two letters to search by the customer's name, the job number or the street; a search looks through every date, upcoming jobs too. Tap Completed or Canceled to see only those.
Each job shows the customer, job number, service, time and status, under its date. Tap one to see the job: when, who, where, the price and its invoice, with Call and Directions.
What each person sees
- Owners, admins and dispatchers see every job. On an upcoming visit they can still Reassign or Move it. A completed or canceled visit can't be moved from the phone.
- Technicians see only the jobs they were on. An older job opens to look at, with nothing to change. Today's and tomorrow's jobs open in the usual job screen, which works without signal.
