Lead tracking

How ServFlo records where each booking and request came from, and where to see it.

Every booking and contact message from your website, widgets and booking page records where the visitor came from. You don't need to set anything up.

What's recorded

When someone books or sends a message, ServFlo keeps:

  • The channel: your ServFlo website, a widget on another site, your booking page, the website chat, a referral link or an ad.
  • Campaign tags in the link they arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and so on), from ads, emails, QR codes or anything you tag yourself.
  • Ad click IDs from Google, Meta and Microsoft ads.
  • The referring site, the page they landed on and the page they booked from.

Your site remembers the first page of each visit, so a visitor who lands on a service page from an ad and books three pages later is still credited to the ad.

Where to see it

WhereWhat it shows
Engage → Website, Last 30 daysPage views, Requests from the website, From widgets and From the booking page
Engage → QR codes, a code's statsScans and the leads that came from that code. See QR codes
Engage → Campaigns, a campaign's resultsRequests, jobs booked, quotes approved and revenue from that campaign. See Campaign results
Engage → ReferralsReferrals and their conversions. See Referrals
Engage → AdsLeads, booked jobs and revenue per ad campaign. See Ads
Reports → Sales pipelineRequests, quotes and close rate by lead source

To track a flyer, a post or a partner's link, add campaign tags to the link to your website or booking page, for example:

https://yourbusiness.com/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=spring-tuneup

Bookings made after that visit carry those tags. QR codes, campaigns and ads add their own tags for you.

Phone calls

With the phone system add-on, you can give each source its own tracking number, and your ServFlo website shows the right number to each visitor. See Phone.

Lead sources on customers

When a request from an ad becomes a customer, ServFlo sets the customer's lead source ("Google Ads", "Facebook / Instagram" or "Google Local Services") automatically. You can set other lead sources yourself; manage the list in Settings → Lead sources.
