ServFlo builds your business a website from what's already in your account: your services, maintenance plans, the area you work in and how you take bookings. You review the first draft, change anything, and publish it. Bookings and contact messages from the site land in Requests, tagged with where the visitor came from.
Everything here is under Engage in the sidebar: Website and QR codes. Owners and admins build, edit, publish and connect domains; dispatchers can see the website and its stats.

If your plan changes. If you move to a plan without the website, your published site is paused, not deleted. Visitors see a simple page with your business name, phone and email. Everything comes back by itself when your plan includes the website again. Without the custom domain feature, your own domain shows the paused page while your free ServFlo address keeps working.
