Feedback and reviews when customers pay
ServFlo asks every customer how you did when they pay, then invites them to post a Google review.
The moment a customer pays is a good time to ask how the job went. ServFlo does it for you, on every plan: the only setup is your review link.
When customers are asked
The first payment on an invoice, online or recorded by your team, creates a short "How did we do?" request for that job. Customers are asked once per invoice. Deposits on quotes aren't asked about, because the work isn't done yet.
What the customer sees
The request appears in three places:
- On the paid invoice page, as a card under the payment confirmation.
- In the payment receipt email, as a "How did we do?" line with a link (when the Payment receipt automation is on).
- On the page that link opens.
The customer picks one to five stars, adds an optional comment, and clicks Send. They can change their answer for a day, in case they tapped the wrong star.
Then Google, for everyone
After they answer, every customer sees "Would you share your review on Google too?" and a Post it on Google button. ServFlo copies their comment so they can paste it, and opens your Google review page.
Every customer gets this offer, whatever rating they gave. Google's rules forbid sending only happy customers to Google, so ServFlo never filters by rating.
Set your review link so the Google button works. Go to Settings → Messaging and fill in Review link. On Grow and Pro, if you've connected your Google Business Profile, ServFlo can use your location's link instead.
See the answers
Go to Engage → Reviews and open From your customers. You'll see the average rating, how many customers were asked and answered, how many went on to Google, each technician's average, and every answer. Filter by technician or by stars.
Each answer counts for everyone who worked on the job. Answers also appear on the customer's timeline.
Reading and replying to your Google reviews in ServFlo is a separate feature on the Grow and Pro plans. See Reviews.
