Team
Add the people who work in your business and decide what each of them can do.
Everyone in your business signs in to ServFlo with their own account. Each person has one role, and the role decides what they can see and do. Technicians are free on every plan; everyone else uses one of your plan's office users.
Key ideas
- Roles. There are five: Owner, Admin, Dispatcher, Technician and Member. See Roles and permissions.
- Office users and technicians. Technicians are unlimited and free on every plan. Everyone else is an office user, and each plan includes a number of them. See Office users and technicians.
- Seats. Need more office users than your plan includes? Add a seat for $35 a month each. See Add a seat.
- One person, one account. An account can be signed in on two devices at a time. Shared logins keep signing each other out. See Two sign-ins per account.
Where to manage your team
- Team → Members (also Team → Members in the menu): everyone in the business, their roles, and pending invitations.
- Team → Technicians: your technicians, their schedule color and whether they can sign in to the app.
- Settings → Billing, under Office users: how many office users you have, and extra seats.
