Accept an invitation
Join a business on ServFlo from the invitation you were emailed.
When a business invites you, you get an email with a link. Open it to join the business with the role they chose for you. You won't be asked to set up a business of your own.
If you're new to ServFlo
Open the link in your invitation
The page shows Join your team with the business you're joining.
Create an account
Choose to create an account. Use the email address the invitation was sent to: only an account with that address can accept it. The form says which business you're joining and your role.
You're in
Your account goes straight into the business, and you land on its pages.
If you already have a ServFlo account
Open the link, sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to, and accept. The business is added to your business switcher.
If you're signed in with a different address, the page tells you. Select Sign out & continue, then sign in or create an account with the invited address.
If something goes wrong
- "This invitation was sent to a different email address." Sign up or sign in with the address the invitation went to.
- "This invitation is no longer valid." It was used, withdrawn or has expired. Ask the business to send a new one.
- "…has no free seats right now." The business has no room for another office user. Ask them to free one or add a seat, then invite you again.
Technicians: once you've joined, get the app from Mobile app and sign in with the same account.
