Two sign-ins per account
Each ServFlo account can be signed in on two devices at a time, so everyone needs their own.
A ServFlo account can be signed in on two devices at a time, for example a computer and a phone. That's enough for one person, such as a technician with the mobile app and a laptop.
What happens on a third device
Signing in on a third device signs out the device that was signed in longest ago. That device shows:
You were signed out. This happens when your account signs in on another device (an account can be signed in on two at a time), or when a session expires. Each person in the office needs their own account.
Sign in again to continue there. That signs out the oldest device in turn.
Don't share logins
If several people in the office share one login, they keep signing each other out. Give each person their own account instead:
- Technicians are free: give each technician app access.
- Office staff each use an office user: invite them, and add a seat if you need more.
Their own account also means the activity log shows who did what.
