Use a discount code
Take a discount off your ServFlo bills with a code from a link, at sign-up, or in Settings → Billing.
A discount code takes money off your ServFlo plan, for example "25% off for 12 months" or "$50 off your first month". You might get one from an association, an event or a partner. Codes work on every plan.
From a link
Some codes come as a link, such as servflo.ai/?code=INSPECT25. Open it and sign up as usual. You don't need to type anything:
- The code is remembered for 30 days on servflo.ai and goes with you to sign-up.
- The sign-up page shows it, for example "INSPECT25 applied: 25% off for 12 months".
- It goes on your free trial as soon as your business is set up.
Type it at sign-up
On the sign-up page, select Have a discount code?, type the code, and select Use code. The page shows what the code gives. If the code is wrong or has expired, the page says so, and you can still sign up.
Type it later
Open Billing
Go to Settings → Billing. Only the owner can apply a code.
Enter the code
Under Discount, type the code in Have a discount code? and select Apply. Case doesn't matter.
You can also enter it on Choose your plan right after you name your business. Or ask Flo, for example: "apply my code INSPECT25".
What you'll see
- Settings → Billing → Discount shows your code, what it gives, what's left, and about when it ends. For example: "25% off your next 4 bills, until about Mar 17, 2027".
- The plans in Billing and on Choose your plan show their price with your discount.
- When you start paying, the amount to confirm already has the discount taken off.
Good to know
- One code per plan. If your plan already has a discount, a new code doesn't replace it.
- It stays with you. Your discount carries on when your trial ends and you start paying, and when you change plans. A code for 12 months always means 12 bills, not 12 months of calendar time.
- Codes can run out. A code can have an end date or a limit on how many businesses can use it. ServFlo tells you if a code can't be used.
- Card still needed. A discount doesn't replace a card. Texting, calling and other paid features still need a card on file during the trial. See Add a card.
