Cancel your plan
How to cancel your ServFlo subscription and what happens to your business, website and data afterwards.
Only the owner can cancel. You cancel from the secure billing portal.
Open Billing
Go to Settings → Billing.
Open the billing portal
Select Manage billing.
Cancel the subscription
In the billing portal, cancel your plan and confirm.
Once your plan is set to cancel, Your plan in Settings → Billing shows a Cancelling badge and Cancels on with the date your plan ends, followed by "your plan won't renew". This shows during the free trial too. Changed your mind? Resume your plan in Manage billing before that date.
What happens when your subscription ends
ServFlo becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
- Every screen shows a banner: Your ServFlo subscription has ended, with a Choose a plan button.
- You can still see and export everything.
- You can't add or change records, such as jobs, customers or invoices.
- Your customers can still use their portal, approve quotes and pay their invoices.
- Your website shows a paused page with your business name, phone and email. Your online booking form stops taking bookings.
- Automations, campaigns and paid add-ons stop.
- You can still remove people from your team and switch things off.
If you had the phone system, your phone account is suspended when the subscription ends. Thirty days after you cancel, your phone numbers are released, and you may not get them back.
Start again
To pick up where you left off, select Choose a plan in the banner, or go to Settings → Billing and choose a plan. Everything you made is still there.
