Account & billing

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

Move to a bigger or smaller ServFlo plan in Settings → Billing, or start paying for a plan during your free trial.

You can change plans at any time. Only the owner can change the plan.

Open Billing

Go to Settings → Billing (the page is called Plan and billing).

Compare the plans

Scroll to Compare plans. Your current plan is marked Your plan, or Your trial during the free trial.

Choose the new plan

Select Choose above the plan you want. What happens next depends on where you are:

  • On a paid plan: the secure billing portal opens, where you change the plan and confirm. You can also get there with Manage billing at the top of the page.
  • During the free trial: picking a plan pays for it now. With a card on file, ServFlo asks you to confirm the amount (for example Pay $249 and start). Without one, you enter your card on a secure payment page. To start paying for the plan your trial is already on, select Start now under Your trial.

Return to ServFlo

You come back to Settings → Billing, which shows your new plan.

Upgrading

An upgrade starts right away, and features on the new plan become available.

Upgrading changes what you pay, and the new price is charged to your card. During the free trial, picking a plan ends the trial and charges your card today.

Downgrading

When you downgrade, nothing is deleted. You can still see everything you made. Features outside your new plan pause until you upgrade again. For example:

  • Website. Your website shows a paused page with your business name, phone and email. The full site comes back on its own when you upgrade.
  • Online booking. The booking form stops taking bookings.
  • Automations and campaigns. These stop sending, and they continue after an upgrade.
  • QuickBooks or Xero. These stop syncing until you upgrade.
  • Office users. Nobody is removed. You can't add more office users until you're under your new plan's number, or until you add extra office users.

Switching things off always works on any plan. For example, you can unpublish a website or turn off an automation even after you downgrade.
