Your ServFlo plan, free trial, add-ons, usage and invoices, plus your own sign-in, security, notification and language settings.
This section covers what your business pays ServFlo, and the settings for your own sign-in. Your plan, add-ons, AI credits, texts, emails and invoices are on Settings → Billing, which owners and admins can open. Your own sign-in, security, notifications and language are in Account settings, which you open from the user menu (your name or picture).
What your customers pay you (cards, bank payments, payouts) is a separate topic. See Invoices & payments.
Key ideas
- Plans. There are four plans: Core, Connect, Grow and Pro. Each plan includes everything in the plan below it.
- Office users and technicians. Owners, admins, dispatchers and members are office users, and each plan includes a set number of them. Technicians are unlimited on every plan.
- Allowances. Every plan includes some AI credits, texts and emails each month.
- Add-ons. Some things are sold on top of any plan, such as the phone system, the AI receptionist and extra office users.
- Free trial. New businesses get 14 days of Grow for free. You don't need a card to explore, but you do need one before ServFlo can text, call or spend money for you.
- Who can do what. Only the owner can change the plan, add a card, add or remove add-ons, or buy extra office users. Owners and admins can buy AI credits.
