Choose a plan when you sign up
Start the free trial or pick a plan and pay now on the Choose your plan screen that appears when you set up your business.
After you name your new business, the owner sees Choose your plan once. Everyone else goes straight into ServFlo. Your 14-day free trial of Grow has already started at this point.
You have two options:
- Start my free trial. No card and nothing charged. The trial keeps running and you go to your dashboard. Add a card any time to start texting and calling customers. See How the free trial works.
- Pick this plan. On any plan card. It ends the free trial and charges your card today.
Pick monthly or yearly
Under Or pick a plan and start paying now, choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
Compare the plans
Each card shows the price after the free trial, how many office users are included, Unlimited technicians and the main features. The plan your trial is on is marked Your trial. For the full comparison, see Compare plans.
Pick the plan
Select Pick this plan on the plan you want.
- No card on file: you enter your card on a secure payment page, then come back to ServFlo.
- A card on file: ServFlo asks you to confirm, for example Start Grow now? with the amount charged today. Select Pay $249 and start (the button shows your amount), or Not now to go back.
Check your plan
You land on Settings → Billing, which says you're on your new plan (for example You're on Grow.). Your free trial has ended and the first payment is charged to your card. If you closed the payment page, it says the plan hasn't started and nothing was charged.
Picking a plan ends the free trial and charges your card today. You can change or cancel any time in Settings → Billing.
You only see this screen once. To change your plan later, go to Settings → Billing. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
