What Core, Connect, Grow and Pro include, what they cost, and how many office users, texts, emails and AI credits each one comes with.
ServFlo has four plans. Each plan includes everything in the plan below it. You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you two months free.

- Office users are owners, admins, dispatchers and office staff. On any plan you can add more for $35 a month each, or $350 a year each on a yearly plan. See Add office users.
- Texts are counted per text segment (160 characters). Each text past your allowance costs 2.5¢ per segment.
- Emails are the emails ServFlo sends for you through ServFlo email. Each email past your allowance costs $2 per 1,000. Emails you send through your own email provider don't count.
- AI credits pay for Flo, the AI assistant, and for AI drafting and website writing. When they run out, AI pauses until next month or until you buy more.

- Flo, the AI assistant

Pro has everything in Grow, plus:
- API, MCP and webhooks
- Equipment tracking
- Job costing
- Inventory and purchasing
- Business units and capacity planning
- Weather-aware scheduling

Did you subscribe before October 20, 2026? Then you keep the terms you signed up with, including your office users and text allowance, until you change plans.
