See where you're signed in
Check which devices are signed in to your ServFlo account and sign out the others.
Your ServFlo account can be signed in on two devices at a time, such as a computer and a phone. If you sign in on a third device, the oldest one is signed out. That's why each person on your team needs their own account.
Check your devices
- Open the user menu (your name or picture) and choose Account settings.
- Select the Security tab.
- Under Where you are signed in, you can see each device's browser and system, and when it was last used.
Sign out other devices
If you see a device you don't recognize, or you forgot to sign out somewhere, select Sign out other devices. Only the device you're using stays signed in.
If you don't recognize a device, reset your password and turn on two-factor authentication. See Reset your password and Turn on two-factor authentication.
Sign out of this device
On the General tab, select Sign out. You can also sign out from the user menu.
