Add a passkey
Sign in with your fingerprint, face or a security key instead of typing a password.
A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or a security key. There's nothing to type and nothing to remember. You add a passkey on each device you want to use it on.
Open Security
Open the user menu (your name or picture) and choose Account settings. Then select the Security tab.
Name the passkey (optional)
Under Passkeys, you can type a name in Name this passkey (optional) so you can recognize it later, for example "Work laptop".
Add it
Select Add a passkey and follow your device's prompt.
Your passkeys are listed under Passkeys. A passkey marked "this device only" works only on the device you created it on.
Remove a passkey
Select Remove next to the passkey, then confirm.
