Jobber vs. ServiceTitan vs. Housecall Pro vs. ServFlo

Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServFlo publish their prices, while ServiceTitan quotes per technician. The biggest practical difference for a growing business is how each one counts people: Jobber and Housecall Pro price by users, ServiceTitan by technicians, and ServFlo counts only office users, so technicians are unlimited. All four handle the daily basics of scheduling, quoting, invoicing and payments; they differ in which extras come in which plan, and in who they're built for.

This comparison uses each company's own public pricing page, checked in November 2026. We make ServFlo, so read our take with that in mind, and confirm current prices and features on each vendor's site before you decide. Plans change.

How does each one price its plans?

Jobber

Jobber publishes four plans, priced by number of users, with monthly prices shown for no commitment and lower prices for a 1-year commitment or annual billing:

  • Core: $49 a month, 1 user
  • Connect: from $139 a month for 1 user; $199 for 5, $299 for 10, $399 for 15
  • Grow: from $199 a month for 1 user; $299 for 5, $399 for 10, $499 for 15
  • Plus: from $499 a month for 5 users; $599 for 10, $699 for 15
  • Extra users: $29 a month each
  • Add-ons: AI Receptionist $29, Pipeline $49 and Marketing Suite $99 a month; the Plus plan includes all three
  • Trial: 14 days of Grow, no credit card required

Housecall Pro

Housecall Pro publishes three plans:

  • Basic: $79 a month ($59 billed annually), 1 user
  • Essentials: $189 a month ($149 billed annually), 5 users
  • Max: $329 a month ($299 billed annually), 8 users, $35 a month per additional user
  • Add-ons: listed without prices, including CSR AI, Websites, Campaigns, Pipeline, Payroll, Accounting, Voice, Tap to Pay and vehicle GPS
  • Trial: 14 days, no credit card required

ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing is per technician and shows three packages, each with a Request Pricing button:

  • Starter: dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing and pricebook
  • Essentials: adds mobile estimates and payroll management
  • The Works: adds advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships

ServiceTitan also offers a set of Pro products, such as Marketing Pro, Scheduling Pro, Contact Center Pro, Dispatch Pro, Field Pro and an AI Virtual Agent. Ask for pricing on the combination you need.

ServFlo

ServFlo publishes four plans that differ by features and included office users. Technicians are unlimited on every plan.

  • Core: $49 a month, 1 office user
  • Connect: $129 a month, 2 office users
  • Grow: $249 a month, 3 office users
  • Pro: $449 a month, 5 office users
  • Extra office users: $35 a month each, on any plan
  • Add-ons: phone system $49 a month (first number included); AI receptionist $99 a month on top of the phone system; usage billed at cost plus 20%
  • Yearly billing: two months free
  • Trial: 14 days of Grow, no card needed to explore

What would a 13-person team pay?

Take a business with 10 technicians and 3 office staff, on monthly billing with no commitment, assuming every technician has a login:

  • Jobber: $386 on Connect (10 users at $299 plus 3 extra at $29) or $486 on Grow (10 users at $399 plus 3 extra at $29)
  • Housecall Pro: $504 on Max (8 users at $329 plus 5 additional at $35)
  • ServiceTitan: quote-based
  • ServFlo: $164 on Connect (with 1 extra office user) or $249 on Grow

For a solo operator, the gap is much smaller: Jobber Core and ServFlo Core are both $49, and Housecall Pro Basic is $79. Pricing models matter most once you start hiring technicians. Our post on what field service software costs works through three team sizes and the costs that don't show on pricing pages.

Who is each one a good fit for?

These are general fits, not rules.

  • Jobber suits solo operators and small crews who want an easy-to-learn tool and a website on the cheapest plan, and who don't expect to add many technicians soon.
  • Housecall Pro suits businesses that want job costing and review tools on every plan and like buying extras, such as payroll or financing services, from the same company.
  • ServiceTitan suits larger residential and commercial contractors, especially those running a call center or wanting payroll and advanced reporting in one system, with staff to administer it.
  • ServFlo suits owner-led service businesses that are hiring technicians and want published prices that don't rise with each hire, with memberships, campaigns, a website and an AI assistant included on Grow.

How should you choose?

  1. Count your people. Office and field separately, today and in two years. Price each product for both.
  2. List your must-haves. The five or six features you'd use every week. Ignore the rest for now.
  3. Find the plan that has them. Not the cheapest plan, the cheapest one with your must-haves.
  4. Add the add-ons you'd really buy.
  5. Run a real trial. Put actual jobs through it with one or two techs. The technician app matters more than any feature list. See what to look for in a technician mobile app.
  6. Ask about switching. How you get data in, and out if you leave.

If you're already on one of these and thinking of moving, our step-by-step migration plan covers the process.

FAQ

Which is cheapest? For a solo operator, Jobber Core and ServFlo Core are both $49 a month. For a team with several technicians, products that don't count technicians usually come out lower. Work out the numbers for your own team.

Does ServiceTitan have a free trial? Its pricing page offers pricing on request rather than a self-serve trial. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServFlo each offer a 14-day free trial without a card.

Can I move my data between them? Usually. Most let you export customers, and often jobs, invoices and price lists, as spreadsheets. ServFlo imports Jobber and ServiceTitan exports and other spreadsheets, with a preview before anything is saved.

Are these prices permanent? No. They're the public prices as of November 2026. Check each pricing page for the current figures.
