What pool service owners tell us

Chemical logs on scraps of paper

When a customer says the pool went green, I need to show what we tested and added. Right now that's in a notebook.

Repairs get missed on route

My techs see a failing pump or cracked filter every week and mention it later, if they remember.

Openings and closings all at once

Every spring, everyone wants their pool opened the same weekend, on top of the regular route.

How ServFlo helps

Each pool sits on its route day, ordered on the map, with new customers slotted in where they fit.

Techs log chlorine, pH, alkalinity and what they added at every stop, with a photo of the water. It all stays on the property.

Spot a failing pump, quote it from your pricebook in the app, and the homeowner approves by text before the next visit.

Bill weekly service as a monthly plan by card or ACH, with openings and closings added as their own visits.

Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.

Can I record chemical readings for each visit?

Yes. Add fields to your service checklist for each reading and chemical added. Techs fill them in the app and the history stays on the property.

Can I track pool equipment?

Yes. Store the pump, filter and heater with model, serial and install date on the property, along with past repairs.

Does it carry chemicals by truck?

You can track inventory by truck, so chemicals and parts used on a visit come off that truck's stock.
