Invite your team
Give your office staff and technicians their own ServFlo sign-in.
Everyone on your team should sign in with their own account. Each person's role decides what they can see and do. Technicians are free on every plan; office staff use your plan's office users.
- Office staff (admins, dispatchers and office members): go to Team → Members and select Invite with a role. See Invite office staff.
- Technicians: go to Team → Technicians, add the technician with their email address, then choose Invite to ServFlo. See Give a technician app access.
