ServFlo is software for running a home-service business: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, lawn care, pest control, inspections and more. It keeps your customers, quotes, jobs, schedule, invoices and payments in one place, and gives your technicians an app for the work they do in the field. You can be up and running in a few minutes.
How it fits together
- Customers and properties. Who you work for, and the addresses where you do the work.
- Sales. Requests come in, you send quotes, and customers approve them online.
- Work. Jobs go on the schedule and are assigned to technicians, who see them in the mobile app.
- Billing. Invoices go out, customers pay online or on site, and ServFlo tracks what is still owed.
