Every new business starts with a free 14-day trial of the Grow plan. You don't need a card to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.

Were you invited by a business that already uses ServFlo? Don't sign up on your own. Open the link in your invitation email instead, so your account joins their team. See Accept an invitation.

Create your account

Go to servflo.ai and start your free trial, or go straight to the Create an account page.

Fill in your details

Enter your Name, Email and a Password. The rules your password must meet are listed under the form.

Create the account

Select Create account. If ServFlo asks you to confirm your email address, open the link we send you, then sign in.

Next, ServFlo asks you to name your business and choose your trade. Then select Start my free trial on Choose your plan.

What the free trial includes

Everything in Grow for 14 days, including Flo, the AI assistant.
No card needed to start. You won't be charged until your trial ends.
A few things wait for a card. Anything that costs real money to run, such as texting and calling customers, buying phone numbers, the AI receptionist, campaigns and visit safety checks, starts once a card is on file. Until then you can test texts and calls on your own phone. See Add a card during your trial.

When the trial ends

If you picked a plan, the trial already ended when you picked it, and that plan continues. Picking a plan ends the trial at once and charges your card today. See Choose your plan.
If you added a card and didn't pick a plan, Grow continues after the trial and is charged to the card.
If there's no card on file, your business moves to the Core plan.
