Ways to sign in
Sign in to ServFlo with your password, Google, Apple or another account, a passkey, an emailed link or a text message code — whichever your sign-in page shows.
You can sign in to ServFlo on the web app and in ServFlo Tech with the same account. The sign-in page shows only the ways in that are turned on, so you may not see all of the ones below.
Email and password
Enter your Email and Password and click Sign in. If your account uses two-step verification, enter the code when asked.
Google, Apple and other accounts
Click Continue with Google (or Apple, Microsoft and so on). You sign in on that company's own page, then come straight back to ServFlo.
- The first time, use the account with the same email address as your ServFlo account, so they are joined.
- If you click Cancel on their page, nothing changes: you're back on the sign-in page and can try again.
- On iPhone and iPad, ServFlo Tech shows Continue with Apple whenever it shows another account button.
If a sign-in says it took too long or was opened in a different browser, start again from the ServFlo sign-in page in the same browser.
Passkey
A passkey signs you in with your face, fingerprint or screen lock instead of a password. Click Sign in with a passkey and follow your device's prompt. A passkey you add on the web app also works in ServFlo Tech on the same phone.
Emailed link or text message code
On the web app, choose Magic link to get a one-time sign-in link by email, or Text message to get a code on your phone. These are web app only; in ServFlo Tech, use another way.
If you can't sign in
If the page says no way to sign in is available, or some options couldn't be loaded, click Try again. If it keeps happening, contact us.
