Name your business and choose your trade
Give your business its real name and tell ServFlo what kind of work you do.
The first screen after you sign up asks What's your business called? Your customers see this name on quotes, invoices and texts, and it also becomes your ServFlo web address.
The same screen asks What kind of work do you do? ServFlo uses your trade to start your pricebook with typical services, materials and fees for that trade. Later, your website and AI receptionist start from it too.
Enter your business name
Type it in Business name, for example "Northside Heating & Air".
Choose your trade
Open What kind of work do you do? and pick your trade. If yours isn't listed, choose Something else.
Continue
Select Continue. Next you choose your plan.
Change them later
- Name: go to Settings → Company profile. Your web address stays the same when you rename the business.
- Trade: go to Settings → Company profile → Your trade. Changing it doesn't change anything you already have, such as pricebook items you've added.
Add another business
If you run more than one business, open the business switcher and select Create new organization. Enter the name, choose the trade and select Create organization. Each business has its own customers, team, settings and plan.
Ways to sign in
Sign in to ServFlo with your password, Google, Apple or another account, a passkey, an emailed link or a text message code — whichever your sign-in page shows.
