Sell a membership on site
Technicians sign customers up to a plan on the ServFlo phone app, with the customer's signature.
Technicians can offer a membership at the end of a visit. The customer picks a plan on the technician's phone, reads your membership agreement and signs. The membership starts today and the sale is credited to the technician.
Before you start (owners and admins)
- Go to Settings → Members and, under Technicians on site, turn on Technicians can create quotes. Technicians can only sell memberships while this is on.
- Create at least one active plan in Settings → Membership plans.
- Check your wording in Settings → Company profile → What customers sign → Membership agreement. Leave it empty to use ServFlo's plain-language default, with your business's name filled in.
The default agreement is a starting point, not legal advice. Have your own wording reviewed for your state and trade.
On the job (technicians)
Open the job
On the job in the ServFlo app, tap Sell a membership.
Hand the customer the phone
The customer sees each plan with its price, term, included visits and discounts, and taps the one they want.

Sign the agreement
Tap Customer signs the agreement. The customer reads the agreement, enters their name and signs on the screen.
Sign them up
Tap Sign them up. You'll see Membership sold and the membership starts today.
The office sees the new membership with who signed, when, the signature and the exact agreement text on the membership's page. It bills by your membership settings like any other membership.
If the phone says No plans to offer, the office hasn't set up an active plan yet.
