Your directory listing

How homeowners find and book you on ServFlo's "find a pro" directory, and how to edit, hide or claim your listing.

ServFlo's directory helps homeowners find local service businesses. Your listing is your free public profile there: your trades, service area, photos, hours, website, state license and the star rating from customers who paid you through ServFlo.

  • On a paid plan, you're listed automatically, shown first with a ServFlo member badge, and homeowners can book you or send you a request from your profile. Each request goes only to you; there are no shared leads and no pay-per-lead.
  • Without a paid plan, a claimed listing stays free to edit. Booking and the member badge come with a paid plan.

Edit your listing

Open Settings → Directory listing.

Under Details, check your name, trades (up to 5), phone, city and the ZIP codes or radius you serve. Write it for me drafts the "About" text from your trades and services; edit it as you like.

Add photos of your work and your website. The website must start with https:// and load. Leave it empty to link your ServFlo website. The link is a normal link, so it helps your Google ranking.

Choose Save listing, then Preview to see your public page.

Add a trade and a city: search engines only show pages that have both.

Hide your listing

Switch off Show my business in the directory. You can turn it back on any time.

See how it's doing

Last 30 days shows profile views, search appearances, website clicks, calls, requests and online bookings. Customers who came from the directory get the lead source ServFlo Directory, so reports split by it.

Claim a listing we found in public records

The directory also lists businesses from state licensing boards and OpenStreetMap. If yours is there:

Open your listing in the directory and choose Claim this business. Sign in, or create your account.

Prove it's yours: get a code by text at the listed phone, or by email at an address on your website's domain. Or send your license number and a document for ServFlo to review.

Enter the code. The listing and its license move to your business, and you can edit it under Settings → Directory listing.

A listing another business already manages can't be claimed with a code. Send your license and a document and ServFlo will look into it.

Remove or correct a listing

Any business can ask to be removed or corrected from the Remove or correct this listing link at the bottom of its profile. A removed business isn't added back by later imports.
