Manage referral rewards
Apply referral credits and discounts to invoices, mark gift cards sent, or void a reward.
Rewards are listed under Rewards on Engage → Referrals, with their status: Issued, Used or Void. Credits and discounts aren't applied automatically: you put them on an invoice.
Apply a credit or discount
Find the reward and click Apply to invoice.
Choose one of the customer's Draft invoices without payments. If there isn't one, click New invoice first.
Click Apply reward.
The reward goes on the invoice as a credit line, never more than the invoice's total. If that invoice is deleted, the reward can be used again.
Gift cards
Send the gift card yourself, then click Mark gift card sent.
Void a reward
Click Void and confirm. The reward can no longer be used.
You can apply and void rewards on any plan, so rewards customers already earned are honoured even if you change plans.
