Flo is in ServFlo Tech, the mobile app, as well as on the web. Your technicians can talk to it on a job: hold the mic, say "add a 40-amp breaker to this job" or "text the customer I'm 10 minutes out", and approve the change on a card.
- It's the same Flo: the same saved chats, the same approvals and the same AI credits.
- Each person's Flo can only do what their role allows. A technician's Flo sees their own jobs.
- Opened from a job, Flo knows which job and visit "this job" means.
- Voice is turned into text by the phone itself. ServFlo doesn't record it, and talking costs nothing extra.
- Flo needs signal. Without it the app says so; questions are never saved to send later.
