Flo is the AI assistant built into ServFlo. Ask it about your business ("Which invoices are overdue?") or ask it to do something ("Add Dana Whitfield as a customer"). It answers from your own records, and every change it wants to make waits for your OK.
AI also helps elsewhere in ServFlo: it writes up inspection findings, drafts your website, review replies and campaigns, summarizes calls, answers website chats and picks up the phone. All of it runs on your plan's AI credits.
