Business units are divisions of your business, such as HVAC Service, HVAC Install and Plumbing. Each can have its own branding on invoices and quotes, its own default tax rate, online booking limits and accounting class, and every report can be filtered by unit. Group units under branches if you work from more than one location.
Units are optional. If you never add one, nothing changes anywhere in ServFlo.
Capacity planning shows how many technician hours you have each day and arrival window against what's booked, for the whole business and each unit, so you know when you can take more work and when to stop online booking.
