What your customer sees

The project page in your customer portal: progress, the schedule, change orders, selections, invoices and updates.

When your customer signs in to your portal, they see Projects with:

Progress and the phases, with the timeline (turn the timeline off for a project if you prefer).
Change orders to approve, which they sign right there.
Selections to make, with each option's photo and price.
Invoices to pay, including progress invoices.
The daily logs and files you shared.

They never see your costs, budget, subcontractors or crew names. A change order you send also has its own link, so the customer can approve it without signing in.
