Plan the schedule
Put phases on the timeline, drag them to new dates, and put crews on the dispatch board.
The Schedule tab shows each phase as a bar on a timeline.
- Move a phase: drag its bar. Phases that come after it move too and keep their length. Moving a phase earlier leaves the others where they are.
- Change its length: drag the right edge of the bar, or edit its dates.
- Edit a phase: click it to set its name, dates, status, which phase it starts after, the subcontractor, the crew and its lead, and notes.
Crews on the dispatch board
A phase with dates and a crew puts one visit for each working day on the dispatch board, with that crew. Your working days and the crew's start time and day length are set in Settings → Projects (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM for 8 hours unless you change them).
When you move a phase or change its crew, its visits follow. Visits that already started stay as they are. When a phase is Done, its open visits come off the board.
Subcontractors
When you put a subcontractor on a phase, ServFlo warns you if their insurance or license has expired, or if no insurance certificate is on file. It never stops you; it makes sure you know.
