Project files
Keep plans, permits, contracts and photos with the project, and choose who sees each one.
The Files tab holds the project's plans, permits, contracts, photos and lien waivers. For each file, choose who sees it:
| Shared with | Where they see it |

| Crew | The project in the ServFlo Tech app |
| Subs | A subcontractor's view-only link |
| Customer | The project in the customer portal |
New files start with sensible sharing: plans go to everyone, permits to the crew and subs, contracts to the customer, photos to the crew, and lien waivers stay in the office. Change it any time.
