Imports

Switching to ServFlo doesn't mean starting from scratch. The Import your data wizard brings in your customers, properties, contacts, pricebook, equipment, open work, balances, history and memberships from the files your old software exports. You do it yourself, in one sitting, and you can undo it for 7 days.

How it works

1. Source: choose Jobber, ServiceTitan or Other spreadsheet (Housecall Pro and any other tool).
2. Export: follow the steps to export each list from your old system.
3. Upload: add the files. ServFlo recognises what each one holds.
4. Map: check which ServFlo field each column goes to. AI fills in the ones ServFlo doesn't know.
5. Preview: a dry run shows what will be created and any problems. Nothing is written.
6. Import: ServFlo imports in the background. Nothing is sent to customers.
7. Review: see the results, undo for 7 days, or re-run with fresh exports.
8. Cutover: once your old system stops, invite your team, ask customers for cards again and turn on messaging.

Before you start

• Only owners and admins can import. Open Settings → Import your data.
• Files can be CSV, TSV or Excel (.xlsx), up to 25 MB each and 100,000 rows per sheet.
• Every plan can import. Equipment needs the Pro plan and memberships need Grow or Pro: on other plans those rows are skipped.
• Plan to run the import twice: once now to set things up, and again on cutover day with fresh exports. Nothing is duplicated.
