Export from Housecall Pro or a spreadsheet
Import from Housecall Pro, another tool or a spreadsheet you keep, using the Other spreadsheet source.
For Housecall Pro, any other software, or a spreadsheet you keep yourself, choose Other spreadsheet in the wizard. There's no fixed format: ServFlo recognises the columns it knows and AI maps the rest.
Prepare your files
- Export each list from your current software (or a spreadsheet) as CSV or Excel.
- Use one file per kind of record (customers, jobs, invoices…), with a header row.
- Include each record's id from the old system when it has one: re-runs and links between files use it.
You can bring in pricebook items, customers, contacts, properties, equipment and vehicles, memberships, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices, payments and notes.
Customer and property columns ServFlo doesn't have a field for (a gate code, a referral note) can become custom fields during mapping, so nothing is lost.
ServFlo doesn't have a ready-made Housecall Pro format yet. Export customers, jobs, estimates and invoices from Housecall Pro as CSV and check the mapping carefully.
